You may terminate your account at any time by accessing the Settings page and selecting "Delete Account." Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if:

You breach any provision of these Terms
We are required to do so by law
We decide to discontinue the Service

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your account and all associated Content may be deleted. We are not obligated to retain your Content after termination. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Many Hands operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within that jurisdiction.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue resolution through the courts as specified in the Governing Law section.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

The failure of Many Hands to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by Many Hands.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Many Hands regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
